I now cook healthier but very yummy easy recipes. I've been sharing a lot of recipes at my WW workshops and with family and friends. Everyone encouraged me to start doing cooking videos so they can see how I prepare them. I'm not a professional but I've always liked to cook and create recipes, now I'm able to do all of this and stay at my WW goal, who knew?
