Now, I work in the Municipal Department of Education in Kazan, Russia. Here I am leading projects related to education quality assurance, school improvement, and nurturing school leadership teams. Also, I consult and guide schools on change management issues.
Among other credentials, I hold MSc Education (Leadership and Policy) with Distinction from University of Bristol.
I currently live in Kazan, Russia, with my wife and our our two kids.
