The violin curriculum aims to develop the student's skills in interpreting and performing the most representative chronological periods and major techniques of the Greek traditional repertoire of the instrument. Soloist, accompanying and improvisational approach of the various local idioms to the violinist interpretation. Analysis of the technique of various skilled representatives of the instrument. Deepening and development of the repertoire and technical interpretation, musical orientation and aesthetic cultivation of the genre. Research artistic expansion of the musical material through student’s participation in various musical ensembles of the Department.
