The Wheat & Meat Freewheelers
We are a Rachael and Paul, a coeliac, a vegetarian aka Mrs Wheat Free & Mr Meat Free. We have two muggle teenagers and a campervan.
Our videos are a midge-modge of lazy travel and cooking.
* We don't do hill walking, extreme sports or mountaineering!
* We do like a good view and a nosey around attractions.
I like hunting down full meals (Coeliacs will get this!) and he likes looking for interesting vegetarian offerings (e.g. not vegetable lasagna or depressed veggie burgers)
So, whilst we wander, I'll be looking for the best offerings for us, and spreading the word to fellow coeliac traveller's about where is safe, and where they need to dig out the emergency snacks from their bags.
Plus I might throw in a few camping meals and tips...
