我不是厨师，我也没参加过烹饪课程，我只是喜欢烹饪，从小就跟妈妈学习了不少烹饪技巧和美食料理。长大后，除了工作之外，我把多数时间都花在厨房里。这么多年，不多不少也累计了一点点经验也能做出几道拿手好菜。希望借这个平台能将我毕生所学分享出去。

Hello everyone, this is Jade.
I am not a chef nor have I participated in a cooking class, I just love cooking. I have learned a lot of cooking skills and gourmet dishes from my mum since I was a child. When I grow up, except for work, I spend most of my time in the kitchen. After so many years, I have accumulated a little experience and able to make a few good dishes. I hope through this platform, I can share out what I have learned throughout my life.
