I've been dig in FDM 3D printing since late 2013.
With the knowledge obtained in my Aerospace BE degree, currently I professionalized in designing the most efficient single-fanned cooling ducts to cool down nozzle material.
Such device is able to achieve up to 85 degrees of overhang angle with strong 360 circular flows, so no cooling blind spot.
