On The Spectrum is a collection of short films produced by adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). The project was developed by Red2Green a Cambridgeshire charity, funded by the Department of Health, UK. The films document:

* The experiences of parents of children with ASC.
* A major technology employer ARM, forming a case study of how to support employees with ASC. ARM is based in Cambridgeshire and its talent pool includes a significantly high proportion of employees with ASC.
* Professor Simon Baron-Cohen is a leading international expert in autism research, he is also Director of the Autism Research Centre at Cambridge University in the UK.
