A lot has happened since I started the channel so much of the info in my intro video needs updating. For one, our family recently moved to Colorado so no we're now doing life and making BBQ at a mile high. I'm not officially pastoring at the moment, but currently work to help a Christian non-profit do some behind the scenes work as they serve pastors and their families through counseling and mentoring.
I've been smoking on modified electrics, kettles, pellets, bullets, drums and offsets. I love the learning process and sharing the final product with others (except when the cooks go bad of course). In addition to the process and craft of making good BBQ, I also enjoy exploring new tools and gadgets too. I post videos about BBQ and share some product reviews every now and then.
