The son of a trash filled house

I am the son of a garbage man who is having trouble with his parents' house being trashed 🏠.
My parents are in their 50's and my younger brother and I are currently living in the trash house.
My mother has been adding things all by herself and when I try to throw them out she gets so mad that I can't deal with it at all and it has grown to this point....
I think it is at the level of calling a contractor, but first, we, as sons, will try to clean it little by little in my mother's absence 🔥.
I would be happy to receive comments on how to persuade stubborn parents and advice on how to get rid of the garbage house: 🙏🏻
