Hello, I'm Katie, wife to Simon and Mum to teenage daughters Hannah and Rebecca. I am 39 and have a degenerative eye condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa. I am legally blind but still have a little bit of sight left.
We bought a family house in May 2023 and will be making a few videos to document what we do to our house.
I make videos such as grocery & shopping hauls, meals of the week & cooking, taste testing, house videos and vlogs. I love making videos as a hobby. It often takes me a long time to edit, with my sight problems, but I really enjoy making videos.
I am also a Celiac and will be reviewing and trying gluten-free and free from products from time to time to give you an idea of some yummy things to try!
