After years of having a review channel where brands would reach out to me to review their product a really bad trend emerged where brands are only willing to send you their product in exchange for a positive review. They'll even offer money to sweeten the deal... as long as you leave out anything negative. I've had multiple brands back out when I said I required the freedom to share my honest feedback, both good and bad; it's time we get brutally honest about reviews.
