"Western Railway Fine Arts and Cultural Association" which is known as " पश्चिम रेलवे कला एवं सांस्कृतिक संगठन" in Hindi language, this organization promotes cultural activities in Western Railway (which is one of the 19 zones of Indian Railways) . This organization has been established for the cultural development of railway employees, which promotes singing, playing musical instruments, classical - folk dance and fine arts (drawing, painting, photography, rangoli art).
