Emmy Award winning journalist, Reba Merrill, has had an extraordinary career. You may know of her by her many interviews with A-List celebrities, but her story begins long before that. Reba worked on television in front of the camera until she was fired in 1980, as a television host for CBS in San Diego. At the age of 45, she was told that she was too old to be in front of the camera any longer. She spent the next two years feeling that CBS must have been right, that she looked too old because she received 17 rejections. Then she came up with a multi-million dollar idea. Read her riveting life story in her new book, Making It: What I got away with in Hollywood, coming in 2021. This channel is a collection of Reba Merrill's work. Some of her never before seen interviews are being released for the very first time from her vault. Reba's life's work will be kept for all to see and enjoy at the Motion Picture Academy Museum in Los Angeles.
