I launched my Talent Sourcing Training business in early 2019 and have not looked back. As a qualified teacher, with experience in agency recruiting and internal talent acquisition (I loved both roles!) - I now get to combine my love of empowering others to do better, with my passion for recruiting through my Online Academy. 💙
