There are a lot of acting teachers out there. I"m different because I'm not promising you more work or more auditions. No one can do that. There are too many variables at play. I want to remind you why we got into acting in the first place: Because we were compelled to.
We're artists and independent businesses. We have to create and we have to make money. But you don't have to get your money and your meaning in the same place.
We want to act because we need to collaboratively tell stories. We didn't get into this to be a day-player on something Hallmarkian. It's time to think bigger.
You can't fail when you're making art. You just can't. But when we're chasing fame or fortune we are in a constant state of want. This is no way to live. We are meant for something far more fulfilling and fun.
