Final Cut Pro. Formerly Adobe Premiere.
"What mic do you use?"
A senheiser shotgun microphone. I awkwardly plug it into my camera, and record with the lens cap on because the mic has an XLR connection and I don't have another device w/ a port lol. I kept screwing up audio w/ my blue yeti so... yeah.
