I have been painting for the last 35 years and am fairly well known in the Indian contemporary art world as well as internationally. I am more popularly known as a watercolour artist and teacher through my books and workshops.
I have received many prestigious art awards in India and have been awarded by Watercolor societies from USA, UK and other European countries as well.
My paintings have been exhibited in more than 50 one man shows and a number of group shows in various countries.
I have written 13 books on art instruction for beginner and advance students, out of which 6 books on watercolor
are extremely popular in India as well Europe and other countries.
I have been teaching art through my workshops, demos and short courses for the last 15 years.
Besides small workshops in art and design colleges in India, I have conducted workshops in Sweden, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Mauritius and a few more countries.
