The theme is "comfort," aiming to provide an immersive experience of natural landscapes and sounds in 4K video. From the perspective of healthcare professionals, we reference studies and data on the effects of natural sounds on the mind and body, ensuring that the selection and editing of sounds are done with care based on scientific evidence, allowing everyone to relax deeply. Listening to the sounds of nature in the early morning has been shown to increase oxytocin levels, decrease cortisol levels, and lower heart rate, promoting relaxation and alleviating anxiety. In particular, birdsong is said to be the most effective natural sound for reducing stress.
Try incorporating natural sounds during breaks from work or study, when you want to relax, or on sleepless nights. They can also be used for stretching, yoga, and creating a soothing environment.
