Black Expats in Panama®

CHARLOTTE VAN HORN is the Founder and CEO of Black Expats in Panama® (BEIP). She is affectionately referred to as "Harriet" by many of her followers and Queen of “Cultural Relocation Tour.” She has done an amazing job assisting African Americans relocating to Panama (Blaxit). She is the host of the FAMOUS "Black Expats in Panama Cultural Relocation Tours." The Tour was designed pursuant to her vision to showcase living options in and around Panama City, but also share the rich culture of Afro Panamanians. Charlotte is a rising star with a bright future. She is walking in her purpose and bringing so many others along for the journey.
