I am Michael de Groot, a passionate individual with a diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit. The pandemic forced me to adapt and redirect my creative energy. In May 2022, I interviewed Clinton Young on my podcast, delving into his passion for Pickleball, a fast-growing sport in the USA. Recognising its potential, I sought to contribute to its growth in Worcestershire.
To bridge the gap in local Pickleball awareness, I initiated its introduction, focusing on community engagement, coaching, and strategic partnerships, with support from Pickleball England.
My expertise extends to digital media and content creation, particularly in whiteboard animation. I excel in project management, creative direction, and client relations, emphasising effective communication and connection-building. I'm committed to embracing emerging technologies to make an impact in content creation, storytelling, and community building.
