Welcome to DustBugs Travel!
We're a husband-and-wife duo with an insatiable love for the road less travelled, those dusty backroads and forgotten paths that lead to the heart of South Africa’s hidden gems.
To date, we’ve explored nearly 600 towns, cities, places and landmarks in our beautiful country, covering over 80,000 kilometers of breathtaking landscapes. From rugged mountains and deep blue oceans to endless plains, winding rivers and charming small towns. Our greatest love of all? The Kruger National Park, whenever we get the chance, you’ll find us there, soaking in the wild beauty.
By day, we juggle full-time jobs, but whenever we can, we escape the bubble and set off on new adventures. We don’t own an off-road beast, instead we rent the smallest car with the highest ground clearance we can find! Yet, that’s never stopped us from chasing the horizon.
