The Botanical Cake Studio
The Botanical Cake Studio was founded by cake artist Clare Margary. An ex-chef trained in Professional Cookery and Patisserie & Confectionery, in 2012 Clare created her own side-line venture, Little Bear Cakery.
Over the past 8 years, Clare has found her true passion in creating incredibly lifelike sugar flowers. During this time she has developed her own unique techniques which she will now be teaching as part of The Botanical Cake Studio. 2020 saw the launch of her brand new garden studio where students can learn from Clare in person in either one-to-one or group classes. She will also be creating a series of online tutorials and courses to make her teaching accessible to all.
Whether you are a complete novice, or a cake designer in your own right looking to develop your skills, The Botanical Cake Studio is a space where all levels are welcome. Clare looks forward joining you on your sugar flower journey.
