Soroosh-e Mowlana Cultural Institute
Soroosh-e Mowlana Institute for Arts and Culture is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, based in Tehran, Iran. It initiated its activities in winter 2010 focusing on Rumi’s mystical and moral teachings. Our main concern is to promote a culture of peace and friendship and the practical application of the moral and mystical teachings of Rumi and other great men of literature and culture. Adopting a dogma-free approach, we try to highlight what is compatible with the intellect and morality of today’s mankind, so that we can solve the problems of our time, and then make it available to as many people as possible. We try to discover answers from the said literary figures to the questions of modern life to help solve human crises.
In addition to our activities for promoting culture, we are a publisher of books on Rumi. Also, in 2020 we released our quarterly journal's first issue of “Negah-e Aftab”.
