Hello & welcome to the Earthtones Girl Channel! My name is Denise, I am a sock knitting teacher and designer. My goal is to remove fear, while helping knitters understand the basics of sock knitting. I have been knitting for over 25 years and absolutely love sharing my knowledge and passion with others.
In 2020 I created the No Fear Sock Knitting Course online. My detailed, step by step tutorials are designed to walk you through the sock knitting process from start to finish and provide demonstrations "in real time" (watch and you will understand). I don' t believe in rushing or comparison, which will only lead to disappointment and frustration. I prefer to encourage knitters to take their time, enjoy the process and to create beautiful well fitting socks. With my online course and sock patterns you will be knitting socks in no time.
