Larry and Joy- Livin Life Loud

Hello and welcome to Livin Life Loud. We are Joy and Larry. Our life philosophy is Live Life Loud which means FULLY showing up and participating in life and making it count. For the majority of my life I lived in fear, afraid of living and struggled with severe anxiety and depression. I found being in nature, adventuring, and extreme sports helped me feel alive and actually helped my anxiety and depression tremendously. I vowed to never again let life pass by me by only surviving. I wanted to live and LIVE FULLY. Twenty months ago Larry and I downsized all our personal belongings, rented out our home in Florida and have set out in our RV exploring the United States. We share our adventures in hiking, mountain biking, skydiving, riding motorcycles, and wellness tips and hacks that keep us in good shape to do all the things we so LOVE to do.

Our new passion is motorcycle adventures. We recently completed at 9300 mile trip from Arizona to Alaska.
