Aim to gain a clear understanding of ourselves and our environments, so we know what's going on.
Knowing why and how people/ things happened the way they happened would enable us to come up with good solution. For example, if I can't change other people, at least I can change myself to alter the whole situation. If I can't stop old aging and death, at least I know how to enjoy this life at every present moment, and liberate to a much better life after dead.
