Jarasum Jazz Festival, held every October on the beautiful Island in Gapyeong, celebrates its 22nd edition in 2025. With a stunning natural setting and top-tier jazz talent from all around the world, the festival is a must for music lovers. Each year, it shines a spotlight on jazz from a featured country and builds international connections through partnerships with major music festivals.
Even though it lasts only three days, Jarasum Jazz has drawn nearly 2.9 million visitors over the past 21 years. It’s also been named a "Premier Festival" by the Korea's Ministry of Culture for its distinctive charm and quality. Thanks to the support from the local community, artists, and global partners, the festival has grown into one of the biggest jazz events in Asia. Since 2023, we’ve been a proud member of the Europe Jazz Network and the Forum of Worldwide Music Festivals.
