Our scientists engage in a variety of research studies aimed at understanding memory, cognitive aging, and risk factors for Alzheimer’s Disease. Their studies combine state-of-the-art structural and functional neuroimaging technologies with research techniques in cognitive neuroscience with the goal of explaining changes that occur in the brain over a lifetime and how these changes affect specific cognitive abilities and behaviors.
