My name is Ravi Ruhani and I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher. I have been practicing and experiencing meditation for last 30 years. And I have travelled to spiritual places and have searched for the truth of life. I ran a lot and made my efforts alot to know about myself. And then gradually I have developed understanding of life and now my all desires, expectations, queries, search come to an end, now I am resting and observing the life without any expectation and excitement. I am living with myself with the great satisfaction of life. I need nothing and fully enjoying my present.
