Dr. Cielo Magno is an associate professor at the University of the Philippines School of Economics, former Undersecretary at the Department of Finance, an advocate for social and economic justice, and a musician. She co-chairs the global steering ng committee of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) with the Government of Spain.
