The Coach Parker

My name is David Parker & I am the current Men's National Coach in China. I am also the Head Javelin Coach for the Shanghai provincial Track & Field Team.

I am a former World Junior Javelin Champion (1998) and have been coaching in the fields of physical preparation and the Javelin Throw for almost 25 years.

This channel aims to provide videos with information for Javelin coaches around physical preparation as well as the technical, the biomechanics and pertinent injury prevention strategies for the Javelin Throw.
