The Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, established in 1870 and considered the undisputed matriarch of medical education in Sri Lanka has been a leader in medical training and research not only in this country but also in Asia. Our teaching faculty in Colombo is comprised of some of the most accomplished, ambitious and dedicated scientists and medical professionals in Asia.
