Currently live in the SoCal, where the related ingredients are much easier to obtain.
Jen can make various dishes as long as the recipes and ingredients can be found. Many times he likes to be creative when it comes with the seasoning and do whatever he likes. The end result can be really great, or a disaster.
Started cooking with young age, he has been cooking for at least 30 years. He has made Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, American, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, European food etc. His daily cooking is Taiwanese/Chinese
He wants to share his cooking. They are not necessary "traditionally correct", but......
