Hey, it’s Emma! I’m a compassionate carnivore. What does that mean? I try to only eat animal products from humane and loving sources, and I don’t waste anything. I was vegan for almost five years because I didn’t believe animals had to die for me to eat. However, I wasn’t getting the proper nutrients, which led to extreme fatigue, no energy, troubling acne, depression, and anxiety. Switching to a carnivore diet was transformative! Within weeks, my skin cleared, my energy returned, my anxiety disappeared, and I became HAPPY! While vegan, I thought I was protecting animals, but millions suffer awful, horrible deaths from pesticide poisoning and farming equipment. In contrast, one ethically raised cow can provide hundreds of meals. I want to help everyone become the best version of themselves! 💗
