Lyallpur Young Historians Club

LYHC is an independent club, dedicated to present and interpret the history of Sub-Continent and specifically of Punjab. Originally, LYHC is an effort of young historians of Lyallpur to create a space to share the ideas of eminent historians/social scientists from Pakistan and worldwide regarding history, culture, religion, heritage, folk, ethnicity, education, and literature. This club is first in its nature in Lyallpur to present public programs, exhibitions, talks, conferences and research that explore the rich history of the region. Our aim is to promote the tradition of scholarly talks/conferences in Lyallpur. The purpose of this forum is to attract people from various spheres of society. This club will go a step further in the future, the talks/conferences will be published via Youtube and other social media modes.
