This channel is first and foremost, a personal video training journal, where I review my performance and analyze details of what I did and how I did it. Capturing video of myself training or in competition is both a humbling and enlightening experience. Over the years it has consistently proven to be one of my most effective self-diagnostic tools.

The name VIGOR Mindset contains an acronym for Virgin Islands Gun Owner Resources and it’s my intention to offer firearms coaching and support to the people of the Virgin Islands, where I am from, although I’ve been happily residing in the great state of Arizona for over 20 years.
