Founded in 2006 by Matthew Kelly in response to an increasing number of corporate speaking invitations, Floyd Consulting implements the concepts and principles outlined in his book, The Dream Manager. Matthew has traveled to more than 50 countries and spoken to a collective audience of more than four million people. Over the years, Floyd's offerings have grown into four categories: coaching, training, speaking, and consulting.
