Yoga Golosa® (Yoga of Voice) is an integral method of the developing a personality and revealing one's destiny through contact with voice and sound. The method in Russia was developed by Oleg Rossiysky and Irina Kazachenko, as well as our like-minded people. The goal of Voice Yoga is not only to improve the voice and breathing, but also to strengthen the connection between the body and mind, as well as to develop awareness and self-awareness. It can help you feel better about yourself, increase your self-confidence, and learn to better control your emotions and reactions to external stimuli. It can also help manage stress and anxiety, which can interfere with our ability to speak and express ourselves.
We conduct transformational trainings, training programs, including teaching Yoga Golosa® leaders and sound therapists. We are also making concerts and group healing sessions.
