I’m Dima, a passionate wellness coach and lecturer specializing in progressive and regressive hypnotherapy, client and goal centered meditations, NLP and positive psychology techniques, both physical and meditative Yoga practices, theatrical improvisations, art and musical therapy, becoming a friend with the inner child techniques, psychosomatic, gestalt, and mindfulness practices.
For over a decade have been giving personal growth lectures, self-development and improvement workshops, art therapy sessions, as well as musical, meditative, and educational practices for both children and adults. A proud father of two wonderful teenagers myself. Facilitator in the men's mutual psychological support project called "Tribes", helping members develop emotional and social intelligence.
