** 2 Stars - Have done it a few time but still a lot to learn
*** 3 Stars - Getting pretty comfortable, may even be able to share a thing or 2
****4 Stars - Pretty good at it, can do it well enough to pass as a professional on a good day.
*****5 Stars - Professional and can teach others.
