My name is Jonas and I'm a part time self taught woodworker. Used to be full time, which I was for three years.
I'm making hand carved wooden spoons, and teaching classes. My main customers are michelin- and gourmet restaurants, in Denmark, Scandinavia and around the world.
I work as an ambassador for Tormek Sharpening.
All my crafts are unique and handmade to the smallest detail, from fresh and seasoned wood into a usable product.
