I have been keeping bees (Apis cerane japonica and Apis mellifera) for over 20 years. I don't keep bees for honey. I only get honey when the bees die or escape. I'm writing and making videos to spread "honey that doesn't take away from bees". Communication with bees and maturing real honey (long-term fermentation) is my lifework.
