Hello,

I'm an avid gardener both in the dirt, and hydroponically.
I love to cook - I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America.
I further trained under Chef Craig Shelton at The Ryland Inn.
I managed a test kitchen for a company that produced savory flavors.
I currently work as a highly trained panelist/taste tester for some really big company known globally, headquartered in Switzerland.
