Scofield Farm
Welcome to Scofield Farm! My name is Charis (Ka-reese).
My husband and I have a little 3.5 acre family farm in northern California, just outside of the 2nd sunniest city in the US, where we are able to grow food year round. We have 7 kids who we involve in all we do. We have chickens, bees, and a Goldendoodle dog. I love gardening and tasty nutritional cooking - especially using what we have grown ourselves. I hope I can encourage you that anyone can start growing and raising some of their own food by starting where they are and growing what they love.
I cannot choose a favorite of anything - I love variety in life, on the homestead, in the garden, and in food!
We pastor a small community in our area and seek to honor God in all we do.
