صحيح مادرستش في أي مدرسة من مدارس الطهي ، لكن شغفي بالطبخ وكل ما يتعلق بالمطبخ كان هو الدافع اللي خلاني أعلم نفسي وأطور منها. وأخيرآ قررت اني أشارككم كل اللي اتعلمته و أتعلم منكم ومعاكم إزاي نعمل وصفات جديدة أو حتى تقليدية ، المهم إنها تكون وصفات معموله بحب ، لأني مؤمنة جداً إن أساس نجاح أي وصفة مش مكوناتها ولا الطريقة اللي بتتعمل بيها فقط ؛
وإنما هو الحب اللي بيظهر في كل تفصيلة بنعملها.

It is true that I did not attend any of the culinary schools, but my passion for cooking and everything related to kitchen was my motive to learn and develop myself. I'm here to share with you everything I’ve learnt, and also learn from you and with you; how to make new or even traditional recipes that are made with love. Actually, I believe in love, and when it comes to cooking, love is the secret ingredient for the success of any recipe.
