Hi, I'm Col. My partner Deb and I live in Liverpool, but have for many years now enjoyed visiting #Scotland and immersing ourselves in its incredible #scenery. I've recently started making films of the locations we visit and hoped they might just be worth sharing. In these films, the scenery is the star, so I rarely appear in them. The emphasis is on #serenity, so I use captions and #soothing music to provide the narrative and information, rather than speaking, for now, anyway. There is little action, just the #landscapes really, so hopefully they are #relaxing short bursts of #wellbeing material for anyone trying to look after their #mentalhealth, possibly as an aid to sleep. That's the aim anyway. I hope you enjoy the films.
