What's up! Follow along with my NFL journey - I would love to show you what happens behind the scenes. I have a heart to mentor the younger generation of athletes; I would not be where I am today without those who mentored me. I felt led to share my knowledge on training, the character and principles required to achieve greatness, and my journey throughout the NFL and what I've learned at this level.
