I am passionate about food, and cooking. Am very proud of my Cypriot heritage and traditions.
I have been running my own successful Greek /Cypriot restaurant Kosmos Taverna since1981. I had my own show Simply Greek on Sky TV, and cooked on This Morning many times. I was resident chef on The Afternoon Show on Granada Television for three years, and was lucky enough to be invited to Buckingham Palace to meet the Queen at a reception for services to the hospitality industry of Great Britain. Ive also cooked for Ant and Dec on channel 4, on Light Lunch. After so much experience I started this youtube channel to share my knowledge of traditional and modern Greek and Cypriot food with few tweaks. I hope I will inspire you to cook.
