My name is Phong Nguyen (aka Andy Nguyen). I am a:
- ENDEAVOUR Scholarship Awardee in 2011-2015 (fully funded);
- PhD Graduate in Organisational Change Management from Monash University, Australia;
- Head of Youth Union of BAOVIET Holdings from 2007-2010;
- Executive Committee Member of Youth Union of State-Own Enterprises in Vietnam from 2007-2010;
- Head Delegate of Vietnam's Youth Union to attend the 19th International Youth Forum in Korea in 2008;
- FULL Scholarship Mentor since 2010;
