30歳まで東京で暮らすも仕事と生活と人間関係でうつ病発症。
都会の環境が合わないと感じ、自然が多い場所を求めて長野へ移住。
現在はストレスフリーな暮らしと四季折々の自然を楽しんでいます。
移住生活も8年目に。
地元の美味しい食材とごはんと味噌汁をいただけばそれで幸せを感じる毎日😄

I lived in Tokyo until the age of 30, but developed depression due to work, life and relationships.
Feeling that the urban environment did not suit me, I moved to Nagano in search of a place with a lot of nature.
I now enjoy a stress-free life and seasonal nature.
I am in my 8th year of immigration.
Every day I feel happy with delicious local ingredients, rice and miso soup😄
